March Love...

March Love...

I feel like it's been FOR freaking EVER since I've logged on and wrote a post but your girl has been getting some things together and really trying to figure some things out. No matter what we do, I feel as though it's always important every now and again to take a step back and reflect. Reflect on your purpose and reflect on the plan you're seeking to get to that purpose. Well I did just that and I honestly feel as though I'm more focused than ever. I've put myself on this strict guerilla-style plan for the next few months so I'm ready for doors to open up and truly walk into my purpose.

Anyway, you didn't come here to hear me blab about all that stuff, you came here to find out what product I could not stay away from the whole month of March. Even though I spent most of March paying off bills and lining some things up financially, I still had a little time to sneak some makeup/beauty/skincare shopping in.

I know all of you are tired of me saying this but my skin is my crown and glory. I LOVE makeup but I LOOOVE my skin even more. Your skin is the foundation of flawless makeup so you have to keep it in tact. I suffer with eczema and sometimes the rough patches I receive during the change of seasons really annoy me. I was in Ulta and looking for a product which could help soften those rough areas and really exfoliate my skin. I stumbled upon the Soap & Glory section and the "The Scrub of Your Life Smoothing Body Scrub"  stuck out like a sore thumb. Soap & Glory is known for its scrubs and body butters so I was more than excited to go home and try this.

I ran home, jumped in the shower and lathered my entire body with this scrub. I hopped out of the shower and before drenching my body in the coconut oil I spoke on in my "February Love" post, I felt the back of the arms and thighs and they instantly felt smooth. With an inexpensive price of $12.00, this product is definitely worth the bucks. After about a three week use, I noticed the bumps on the back of my arms had almost disappeared and my elbows and knees were waay smoother.

You can find this scrub at your local Ulta!! Happy Scrubbing and don't forget to grab your favorite exfoliating sponge/mitt and turn your shower routine all around!!
